Have you set you fitness goal?

It’s simple:

  1. Set goal
  2. Make plan
  3. Get to work
  4. Stick to it
  5. Reach goal

Here’s a short video from our group class on Thursday, 11 August 2016, with everyone working towards their respective goals, whether it be improving their fitness levels, body conditioning for Summer or training for the upcoming Charity Fight Night in November at Fire & Ice Hotel.
