We combine fitness and boxing in a high energy, high intensity class where you will be pushed constantly. Each session is unique thereby literally keeping you on your toes and ready to roll with the punches. The class offers skilled boxing training (on the bag and pad work with trainers), cardio, weights and sparring – all tailored for a full body workout geared to help you reach your fitness goals.
Our body conditioning inspired class – mojoBODY – not only includes different types of exercise to tone your body, but also elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This combination will increase your endurance and strength to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. Each mojoBODY class is targeted to a specific body part, including Intense Arms & Abs, Leg Shredder Body Conditioning, Back Attack & Abs, Bum & Abs Body Conditioning or Full Body Intensity Cardio.
Barre uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates and focuses on functional training and isometric strength training that contract your muscles tense in a static position. An energizing and targeted workout, Barre provides a total body conditioning technique that will transform and sculpt your entire body, improve flexibility and core while also increasing your stamina and endurance levels.
An explosive 45-minute workout that allows you to get lost in the music and burn calories. We block out the noise, dim the lights, pump the volume and intensify energy levels to work your muscles and transform your body. Each class will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Together, we will sprint, climb, jump, sweat, accelerate, and party without realising we’re on a bike.
Transform your health and fitness with a private training session with one of our trainers. You set your goals, and we work towards achieving them. We offer one-on-one sessions, and smaller group personal training session for two or three people. We also offer on-site or at-home personal training sessions – we will bring the gym to the location of your choice!
We offer junior boxing for children (boys and girls) between the ages of 4 and 15 as you can never be too young to discover the benefits that comes with boxing training. The classes are split according to ages and include cardio and boxing, and will assist in developing your child’s focus, self-control, concentration and discipline.
